STEM Program 4

STEM Program 4 (Photo credit: pennstatenews)

Just finished watching two short videos from Makers about two outstanding women who reinforce the need for more women to embrace the STEMS (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) fields. Women hold less than 25% of STEM jobs* and this needs to be changed by the young women of today. These fields need to be considered when a young girl goes to college. To succeed and move forward as a nation, women need to embrace these fields to become a competitive force.
